Cancellation and Refund Policy

In accordance with the terms described on this page, EPIC Academy informs its students and visitors that all information provided herein is intended to ensure maximum clarity regarding the cancellation of services, as well as the refund of amounts paid.

Cancellation Policy

Every student has the right to request the cancellation of any service offered on this website by submitting a request via email to: financeiro@epicacademy.com.br.

If the cancellation request involves services for which payments have already been made, the student must review the terms of the Refund Policy described below to verify whether their request falls within the established parameters.

Refund Policy

Art. 49. CDC – Lei nº 8.078 de 11 de Setembro de 1990

In light of the foregoing, we inform that the student has the full right to request a refund of the amount paid by sending a request via email to ajuda@epicacademy.com.br, within seven (7) days following the confirmation of payment, as established by the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

It is hereby clarified that:

  • The request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase;

  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of five (5) business days from the date of the request;

  • Once the refund has been confirmed, the service(s) will be automatically canceled;

  • Refunds of payments made by bank slip (“boleto bancário”) will be issued as credit, except in cases otherwise agreed upon during communication with our support team;

  • Refunds of payments made by credit card may not be credited in the same billing cycle, depending on the customer’s statement closing date.
