Alright, let’s go!
The DISC test has 15 questions, and each one presents 4 options describing different traits. Your task is to evaluate each option and decide how much it matches you:
- Rarely
- Occasionally
- Often
- Most of the time
Each option needs one of these ratings. In other words, for each question, you’ll select just one response for every option, got it?
For example, if the question is, ‘My personality is more…,’ you might see options like ‘bossy and direct,’ ‘outgoing and expressive,’ ‘calm and informal,’ ‘sensible and precise.’ Then, you assess each one and choose how much it reflects you.
Pro tip: Don’t overthink! ⏳ Ideally, spend no more than 10 seconds on each question. Be spontaneous and trust your first impression! At the end, you’ll get the full results and discover more about your profile.
Ready to dive in and learn more about who you are?
The DISC assessment was created by William Moulton Marston, a psychologist who was ahead of his time in self-discovery.
It’s a scientific tool that shows how we react to everyday situations.
DISC divides people into four profiles:
- Dominant (the ones who take charge and solve problems),
- Influential (the talkers who connect effortlessly),
- Stable (the calm and chill ones),
- Conscientious (the detail-oriented and precise).
Discover your profile to understand how you act and use it to level up your goals in life.
